Tammy and David have been partners for over 30 years in the coating industry. She is actively involved in the day-to-day management and long-term strategic planning of the company. Tammy tenaciously focuses on serving the customer, and this desire has been key to her success.
TYLER REESE, COO
As Tammy and David’s oldest son, Tyler grew up in the business and learned firsthand how to do things the right way. Tyler is a process technician and ensures all projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations. Tyler has a B.S. from Sam Houston State University.
DAVID REESE, PRESIDENT
David has been in the coatings industry for 30+ years. His core values of integrity, honesty and on-time delivery have been instrumental in his success. David has a B.S. from Sam Houston State University.
GREG LEBLANC, CPA, CFO
Keeping the business in the family, Greg is Tammy’s cousin. Greg handles financial planning, reporting, and analysis, as well as strategic financial decision-making. He oversees the finance and accounting departments, manages cash flow, and ensures regulatory compliance. Greg has a B.S. from Lamar University and is a Certified Public Accountant through the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
